1. What ClearDex is

ClearDex is an information website. It shows public data about tokens on BNB Chain and an automated safety score for each new token. It is free to use and has no user accounts. ClearDex does not hold anyone's funds, does not trade for you, and never asks for your private key or seed phrase.

2. Not advice

Nothing on ClearDex is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Read the disclaimer. You are responsible for your own decisions.

3. No warranty

We work to keep the data accurate and the site available, but we provide ClearDex “as is”, without any warranty. Data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and scores can miss problems or change. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using ClearDex or relying on its information.

4. Fair use

• Don't try to break, overload or get around the site's limits, and don't scrape it at a rate that harms other visitors. Our public data endpoints have rate limits.
• Don't use ClearDex to deceive people, for example by presenting a score or a screenshot as an endorsement of a token.
• We may block access that breaks these rules.

5. Token names and third-party content

Token names and symbols come from the token contracts and are chosen by their creators, not by us. Showing a token does not mean we endorse it. Links to other sites (such as BscScan or Telegram) are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

6. Credits

Charts are drawn with TradingView Lightweight Charts™. BTC, ETH and BNB prices come from public exchange data; the source is shown in the price strip.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
